Order Processing:
  •  All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping:
  • We offer various shipping options within India.
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 days.
  • - Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:
  •  We ship internationally all over the world
  • International shipping rates & delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking:
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address:
  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information.

Shipping Delays:
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays). However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking down your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
